KEVIN M. SULLIVAN, BA, LLB, CFA
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Kevin M. Sullivan, BA, LLB, CFA has been at GMP since October 1995 and co-founded GMP Securities' sales and trading operations. He now oversees GMP Capital Inc.'s overall operations. Kevin has 15 years of experience and relationships in the industry. Kevin was formerly a director and vice president of a leading Canadian investment dealer for a period of six years. Prior to that, he also spent three years in the European capital markets. Before his career in the capital markets, Kevin was a lawyer in general practice in Calgary, Alberta.

Marko Pencak
VICE CHAIRMAN, HEAD OF RESEARCH
Marko joined GMP in May 2003 to broaden the firm's coverage in the industrial technology and alternative energy sectors. In addition to his role of Vice-Chairman, Head of Research, Marko is a member of the firm's Executive, Compensation and New Names committees. Over his nearly 15 years as an analyst, Marko has covered both Canadian and U.S. equities. Marko has achieved top tier rankings in a number of industry surveys, including Greenwich, Brendan Woods and Reuters. Prior to entering the investment industry, Marko held consulting and corporate planning roles.

Harris A. Fricker, MA
PRESIDENT AND VICE CHAIRMAN, CO-HEAD OF INVESTMENT BANKING
CO- CHAIRMAN, GMP Securities Europe LLP
Harris joined GMP's investment banking department in March 2002. He now oversees Investment Banking for Toronto and Montreal and is Co-Chairman for GMP Securities Europe LLP. Harris is a member of the firm's Executive, Compensation, New Names and Capital Markets committees. He is able to tap into a rich pool of business experience including a successful stint as a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, heading up the Institutional Sales & Trading desk of another leading investment dealer and running the corporate debenture/derivatives group at a major Canadian bank. He remains very actively involved in day-to-day corporate finance coverage of the industrial products and industrial technology sectors for GMP Securities L.P. and consistently ranks in the top tier of both equity capital markets and M&A practitioners. A former entrepreneur himself, his depth of experience arising from a decade in the North American capital markets combined with his acumen as an entrepreneur enables him to deliver a rare mix of capital raising and advisory capabilities to corporate clients. Prior to joining GMP, Harris held a variety of senior managerial positions in the North American financial services sector.

DAN TSUBOUCHI, MBA
VICE CHAIRMAN, CO-HEAD OF INVESTMENT BANKING
Dan joined GMP in 1998 as an oil and gas analyst; was promoted to head of equity research in 2004; and became Co-Head of Investment Banking in 2008, where he oversees corporate finance activities in Calgary and works closely with GMP’s clients in the oil and gas sector. He has a unique background, combining senior management experience in the industry, management of an oil and gas investment banking group, and an extensive network of energy and power contacts. Dan joined GMP from another leading investment dealer where he was vice president and director, managing its Calgary based oil and gas investment banking operations. Previously, he spent 15 years in the oil and gas industry with direct senior management responsibility for managing the production, drilling, engineering, development, gas marketing, finance, acquisitions and planning functions for a $500 million oil and gas company. In his role as head of equity research he was ranked in the top five (current #4) in industry surveys, including Brendan Woods buyside survey.

MICHAEL A. WEKERLE
VICE CHAIRMAN, INSTITUTIONAL TRADING
Michael A. Wekerle joined the firm in October 1995 and co-founded GMP's sales and trading operations. Michael now manages the institutional trading department of the firm, bringing years of trading experience to his position. Prior to joining GMP, he was a director and vice president of a large, independent Canadian investment dealer in charge of its institutional trading functions for more than 12 years.
